Job Title: Strategy and Planning Lead
Job Purpose
Guiding the development and execution of a unified Enterprise Strategy, entailing framework establishment, economic analysis, organizational alignment, oversight of Integrated Business Planning, strategic risk management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting compliance to foster sustainable growth and mitigate challenges for the enterprise
Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
Activity: Enterprise Strategy
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• –Support the development and update of the Enterprise Strategy Management Framework, defining structure, definitions, RACI and Process Matrix
• Lead the coordination with Local & Federal Ministries to develop a trust-based relationship, while understanding global business trends, regional energy needs & national strategy to facilitating the development of Enterprise Vision & Mission
• Lead the facilitation and management of the development, execution and monitoring activities of ENEC Enterprise 5 years Strategic Plan to the best quality standard.
• Identify and support the development multiple scenarios across various dimensions of growth and economic development and stress test the drafted strategy for finalization based on most plausible scenario.
• Lead the rollout of strategy communication plan to ensure awareness of the Enterprise Strategy and associated changes / developments within the plan.
• Conduct detailed analysis on all key economic and financial figures by developing a synthesized view on the major local and international economic developments to ensure that the top management is aware and understands the impact of developments in the nuclear industry including interdependencies with key business and annual budgeting processes.
• Support cascading and alignment of ENEC Enterprise programs, portfolios, and projects and their linkage to the Enterprise Strategic Themes and Objectives.
• Gather and analyze information from multiple sources to generate insights and recommendations on business strategies and opportunities for ENEC.
• Draft Enterprise Strategy document for internal and external communication detailing the input analysis, activities carried out in developing the strategy with adequate referencing for subsidiaries to adopt.
• Support the Strategy Cascade workshops with Entity Level Leadership to establish Cascaded Strategic Objectives, Entity level strategic projects, their Strategic Indicators and Targets, imminent Priorities and cascaded supporting policies.
• Support business units across the enterprise through the Cascade of Enterprise Strategy to key strategic domain areas like, Business development, R&D, Fuel Cycle Management, Human Capital, ESG, Knowledge Management, EICT and develop corresponding detailed strategic roadmaps as required

Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field, or similar
Experience
6 to 7 years of relevant experience in Project / Program Controls/ PMO. 4 years planning and scheduling experience. Experience in large scale strategic programs/projects
