Job Purpose

Design, develop and implement talent and Leadership Development Programs for the Enterprise to facilitate development of leaders and talent in accordance with nuclear industry standards and guidelines and in alignment with leadership and talent development best practice.
 

Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability

Program Design, Development and Delivery
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 
•    Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and consultation with leaders, instructors and stakeholders.
•    Design and deliver leadership and talent development programs, seminars, and coaching sessions tailored to organizational needs.
•    Maintain and facilitate existing ENARA leadership and talent development programs.
•    Develop training objectives, lesson plans, activities, and assessment tools to support learner development and maintain program integrity. 
•    Review and update training materials to reflect evolving industry benchmarks and internal priorities.
•    Apply approved instructional design methods in training needs analysis, curriculum design, material development and program delivery. 
•    Facilitate learning sessions for leaders and emerging talent to support ongoing capability development.
•    Deliver onboarding training for new employees to ensure a consistent and effective induction experience
Program Administration and Improvement
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 
•    Collect and analyze participant feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and guide enhancements.
•    Conduct post training evaluations and workplace assessments to measure knowledge application and program impact.
•    Monitor adherence to Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and perform General Development Assessment Reviews (GDARs) as required.
•    Update and maintain course material for Mandatory Induction Training and core competency programs, ensuring alignment with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and evolving best practices.
•    Manage and analyze data to ensure the accuracy and integrity of leadership dashboards for effective decision-making
Training Effectiveness and Support
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•    Collaborate with SMEs in the creation, maintenance, and refinement of training content and materials.
•    Support the development and management of training schedules to ensure timely and effective program execution.
•    Oversee the readiness and functionality of training facilities, equipment, and materials.
•    Conduct assessments to measure program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
•    Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with relevant procedures and documentation standards

Professional Certifications

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Behavioral Science or Business administration.

Pref - Post graduate degree in Commerce, Behavioral Science or Business administration 

Experience

5 years of relevant experience 

Pref -     10 years of relevant experience
-    Master’s Degree in Business, Arts, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Effectiveness, Industrial Psychology or Any of the Social Sciences, Education/Academia 
-    10 years in the commercial nuclear industry or in talent and leadership development positions.
•    Experience with development of initial and continuing leadership programs including Executive leadership program
