Job Purpose

Oversees strategic programs and initiatives for ENEC Enterprise, guiding the company through changes and growth strategies. It implements performance management systems, serves as the main contact for non-financial matters, and manages key stakeholders such as ADQ and the Board of Directors. Additionally, it leads engagement with government and power sector entities, implements ESG strategies, and contributes to decision-making on investments.

Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability

Shareholder (ADQ) and Board Strategic targets setting, measurement and reporting 
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 
•    Define Strategic Indicators and targets for the Enterprise Non-financials, Projects and Initiatives and share with ADQ for approval as part of finalizing yearly Enterprise ADQ Scorecard.
•    Lead and oversee the Enterprise Strategic Performance Scorecard (BoD Dashboard) development, the annual targets setting and scorecard reporting.
•    Oversee and monitor the progress of the Enterprise Strategic Projects and Initiatives and review status report on a monthly basis to ensure the accuracy and adequacy. 
•    Lead the preparation and submission of ADQ Monthly Report, Monthly Scorecard update, ADQ monthly Universal Template and update ADQ Strategic Projects and Initiative portal on monthly basis.
•    Lead and oversee ADQ information requests under the capacity of being ADQ Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Non-financials, Projects and initiatives and serve as the interface between key functions and ADQ planning teamManage Entity-specific Strategic Performance (CEOs Scorecards)
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 
•    Lead and oversee the development of ENEC, Nawah and BOC Strategic Performance Scorecard in line with the board approved Enterprise Strategic Performance Scorecard (BoD Dashboard) cascading Strategic Indicators and Targets as per the agreed protocol in the Enterprise Performance Management Procedure.
•    Oversee and monitor progress towards achieving Strategic Targets for ENEC CEO dashboard and BOC CEO Dashboard on a monthly basis.
•    Oversee the periodic Data Quality Check and update for CEOs dashboard to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
•    Lead the analysis of Entities Strategic performance and carry out root cause analysis to define drivers for enhanced performance.
•    Define and lead the required strategic course correction actions and align with owners for implementation.
•    Lead and oversee ENEC and BOC Strategic Performance Monthly Review Meeting (MRM).ENEC Enterprise and ENEC-specific Strategic Programs and Transformation Initiatives 
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 
•    Ensure the project and program management practices are consistent and aligned within the organization by developing and embedding appropriate and effective strategic programs, thus allowing strategic programs to be managed effectively in a systematic and structured approach. 
•    Drive and lead the development of business cases for strategic, growth, and transformational programs.
•    Lead the identification and development of benefits for strategic programs and develop in collaboration with business development & investment division the cost benefit, payback period, break even points, and other financial feasibility studies such as NPV, IRR, etc.
•    Lead and oversee the different phases strategic programs from initiation to closure.
•    Provide overall program controls deliverables as per the senior management requirements and expectations. 
•    Lead strategic stakeholder management activities with regards to reporting on strategic programs to senior management, Board, and other stakeholders 
•    Lead and oversee the development of the communication and engagement plan for strategic programs.

Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field, or similar 

Experience

10 to 12 years of relevant experience out of which 4 years in a Managerial Role.
