Job Purpose
Manage nuclear plant modification and commercial site projects and implement project management activities within the governance framework, in collaboration with stakeholders, to ensure nuclear safety, employee safety, environmental protection and project delivery as per schedule and budget.

• Manage respective project team(s) to ensure projects are managed within the governance framework and will meet project success criteria.
• Manage respective project(s) through the project phases and Stage Gate approvals to manage performance against budget to minimize variances and ensure successful delivery by executing the following project management activities:
- Develop project scope definition, work breakdown, deliverables, and project documentation.
- Develop plans for project team members, facilities, and resource sharing.
- Provide management updates.
- Develop project communication plan and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure project execution standards are met.
- Manage project risk.
- Review project changes and submit for approvals.
- Conduct post-project closeout activities.
• Conduct duties in a way that reflects an exemplar of Project Management Methodologies and Controls to ensure project excellence.
• Coordinate the successful delivery of plant modifications and projects to meet Nawah’s business objectives.

Project Controls and Scheduling
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Provide support for development of respective project schedule(s) and manage performance against baseline to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with Site Project Controls & Scheduling team to verify respective project installation tasks are successfully integrated into plant maintenance and outage schedules.
• Collaborate with Site Project Controls & Scheduling team to verify accurate estimating and risk analysis of projects to establish realistic project budgets.

Qualifications
QualificationMin: • Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

QualificationMax: • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Science or other relevant advanced degree.
• 8 years managing and/ or supervising all phases plant projects / modifications (project initiation, conceptual and detail design, analysis, procurement, construction/ installation, testing, configuration management, hand-over, close-out) with evidence of fulfilling support, control and assurance roles as a Project Management Function.
• Experience with planning complex plant maintenance/ project work.
