Job Title: Senior Business Architect Specialist (NAWAH)
Job Purpose
The Senior Business Architect Specialist is responsible for contributing to the Enterprise Architecture function at ENIC. The Senior Business Architect Specialist is accountable for ensuring that business design, change, and improvement across the organization align with the enterprise vision and achieve the best possible outcomes for ENIC. The Senior Business Architect Specialist is responsible for applying business modeling methods to identify gaps in organizational capabilities. The gaps can serve as a corporate knowledge resource for project-level initiatives and executive decision-making.
Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
• Developing and maintaining the overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap for ENIC, ensuring alignment with the business goals and objectives.
• Leading the development and implementation of digital solutions that enable ENIC to achieve its business objectives and flourish.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across ENIC to understand business needs and develop technology solutions that support and enable ENIC's objectives.
• Evaluating emerging technologies and making recommendations for their adoption where appropriate, ensuring that they align with the overall digital transformation strategy.
• Ensuring that digital solutions support and enable the ENIC's objectives and contribute to its overall success.
• Representing the IT organization in discussions with external vendors, partners, and customers.
• Hiring, training, and mentoring members of the digital enterprise team.
• Leading the implementation of complex, cross-functional initiatives that require a deep understanding of ENIC's business needs and technical requirements.

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a field closely related to these subjects is required. This gives the job holder an in-depth understanding of Business Architect.
• Broad IT domain experience in one or more of the following areas: Network Development and Design, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance and Support
• Familiarity with company structure and operations outside of IT
