Job Purpose
Develop the Long Term Asset Management (LTAM) plan for the selected major asset at BNPP and ensure compliance with the applicable procedures in Nawah. Conduct the necessary coordination with other concerned departments within Nawah to get the required inputs from the LTAM plan and keep it up to date. Provide the technical support as needed for the assigned major assets as required to other departments.

•Develop long term asset management (LTAM) plan for the assigned major assets, populate it with the required inputs, and keep it up to date.
•Coordinate with other departments within Nawah to get the required inputs for the LTAM plan and ensure alignment.
•Provide the necessary technical support to other departments in case of an emerging issue with the selected major asset.
•Manage assigned assets for all the units at BNPP to ensure equipment is maintained to a high degree of reliability and material condition.
•Ensure outage scope is provided to meet outage milestones schedules in coordination with plant engineering and outage management.
•Perform annual assessments of the condition of assigned assets for the BNPP site in a component health format.
•Perform GRID related activities as assigned for interface with switchyard maintenance and generation planning.
Training
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Attend the required training courses to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge in order to effectively perform the assigned tasks related to major assets.
•Provide a constructive feedback on attended trainings in order to improve their effectiveness and thus optimize the skills and knowledge within the Major Assets group.
•As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on assigned assets, develop and provide training to engineering staff and other departments as requested.
Health and Safety, Security, and Business Continuity
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Follow all relevant company's Health and Safety policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure compliance in all aspects of work as per sound management practices.Apply these policies and procedures to self and others to ensure reasonable care of the health and safety of the employee; the environment; and various individuals who may be affected by the employee's acts or omissions at work.
•Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work, by applying them on self, others and Corporate assets.
• Follow all relevant Business Continuity and Resilience requirements for compliance with, and adherence to, policies, procedures and instructions related to the effective planning for, and response to, incidents or business disruptions in order to continue critical business processes and activities with minimal adverse impact.

•Bachelors Degree or Diploma (or Equivalent) Degree in Engineering or related Science.
•8 years of relevant experience, out of which: 1 year of Nuclear Power Plant engineering experience.
Preferred
Master's Degree in Engineering or related Science/MBA and/or SRO certification of previous license holder.
APR-1400 or APR-1000 maintenance or engineering experience.
•Bachelors Degree or Diploma (or Equivalent) Degree in Engineering or related Science.
