Job Purpose
Execute the scheduling of maintenance activities, utilizing the work week process, in a timely and effective manner to ensure that Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) equipment and systems function to meet design requirements and technical specifications.

• Support outage and/or the emergency response organization, as assigned, to ensure safe, reliable and continued operations; this may require shift work/off hours support.

Cycle Scheduling
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Develop the cycle schedule based on input from the Head of Cycle. Assign work orders, Preventive Maintenance (PM), pre-outage work and mods to the appropriate work week in the cycle schedule to ensure required work is scheduled for completion at the proper time.
• Create, based on the input of the Head of cycle, the master quarterly schedule, cycle plan, work order inventories and major plant evolutions such as outage to online and online to outage transitions, major system outages, plant events for Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation (FANR) / World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO), etc. to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant outage and operation.

Work Week Scheduling
Responsibility:
• Develop Work Week schedules in P6 for online work windows to enable the plant organization to execute the work week process.
• Maintain, monitor and update work week schedules in a timely and effective manner in coordination with related work groups to maintain schedule currency and accuracy.
• Review the integrity and accuracy of data used in the planning and scheduling systems including: coding, calendars, WBS, task descriptions and weekly schedules in P6 and SAP to ensure that the schedule facilitates productive, safe work.
• Coordinate with maintenance planners to achieve accurate planning and scheduling of weekly maintenance work.
• Liaise with system engineers, operations and work planning to refine the cycle plan logic and durations for schedules; support the review of all look-ahead meetings and schedules to ensure safety is built into all schedules.
• Gather actual progress information from the Operations Management System (OMS) system and field walk-downs to enable actual progress data to be entered in schedule after the daily updates
• Ensure that all resources such as spare parts, supplies, materials, information, procedures, tools, equipment, services and manpower required for the work are available to execute the planned work as scheduled.
• List all activities’ risks in the schedule to ensure that all plant personnel are aware of the risks.
• Assist in the preparation of the risk reports to ensure that the scheduling perspective is represented accurately.

Work Management Interface
Responsibility:
• Create the work week T-Meeting documents for publication to the Work Management stakeholders to prepare for meetings and deadlines.
• Communicate and follow up with applicable resources in operations, maintenance and engineering to continuously improve cycle and work week schedules by incorporating feedback from all stakeholders.
• Actively identify issues with the schedule process, recommend solutions and coordinate resolution to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications
QualificationMin: • Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years of relevant experience.
QualificationMax: • 7 years of relevant experience, of which:
- 3 years is Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) Nuclear Power Plant experience at an operational site and or Advanced Pressurized-water Reactor APR-1400, Open Pool Reactor (OPR)-1000 or Combustion Engineering Nuclear Steam Supply System (CE NSSS) Design, Work Management or Outage Management experience, as applicable for position.
