Job Purpose

To coordinate all food and beverage services at BNPP Site facilities under teslam scope and area of responsibilities. Ensure provision of high quality, sufficient amount and range of food and beverages across all facilities.

Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability

•    Plan food and beverages menus in line with requirements, expectations and preferences of site based employees;
•    Ensure wide range of food and beverages selection available at all the time;
•    Ensure sufficient stock of food provision; monitor actual consumption and plan cost optimization for new orders;
•    Manage catering service provider performance;
•    Inspect and physically check all facilities designated for F&B supplies: restaurants, pantries, coffee stations;
•    Oversee Kitchen operations and address findings to Head of Hospitality and Community Management;
•    Ensure all facilities set with furniture and fixtures according to agreed standards and HSE requirements;
•    Manage Supplier agreement ensure all deliveries according to agreed brands, standards, quality, frequency;
•    Ensure Supplier performance meet agreed KPIs and SLAs; 
•    Monitor Supplier performance and deliverables;
•    Prepare monthly reports to Head, Manager & Director on catering related services, address customer feedback and complains; 
•    Prepare reports on F&B consumptions and requirements, provide proposal plans on service delivery improvements;
•    Continuously collect customer feedback and send to Head of Hospitality and Community Management;
•    Monitor all servicing and kitchen staff training calendar and ensure no overdue trainings or certifications; report to Head of Hospitality and Community Management;
•    Conduct customer surveys and collect reports based on management directions and instructions;•    Maintain tracking file for all catering related activities, food stock orders, invoices, payments;
•    Ensure validity of all necessary OSHA certifications and other related to HSE food safety and inspections;

Diploma in F&B

Experience

Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar or relevant field - Work experience in F&B at remote areas, project fields or community properties.
