Job Purpose

To supervise the technical and maintenance related services under teslam scope of responsibilities across BNPP Site 
assigned owner permanent facilities. 

Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability

• Participate in development of the systems and processes, as well develop and implement Maintenance 
procedures; 
• Identify opportunities for the continuous improvement of practices to increase productivity and operational 
efficiency; 
• Monitor, control and report operational and financial KPIs related to maintenance planning; 
• Ensure all report prepared timely and submitted to Management

Supervise all maintenance activities under vendor agreement; coordinate with maintenance team; monitor work 
orders performance; 
• Review vendor maintenance team performance, provide output and feedback; review and verify vendor invoices; 
• Oversee spare parts management and cost; send reports to Head of Maintenance on spare parts usage and 
inventory; 
• Prepare preventive and reactive maintenance plans, send to Head of Maintenance for revision and approval; 
• Ensure all maintenance done according to the planned schedule; 
• Coordinate with stakeholders, service providers and external specialist vendors as required; for example ADDC 
(Abu Dhabi Distribution Company)  
• If qualified and certified , act as ADDC approved at site engineer; 
• Oversee electrical, mechanical and civil architecture maintenance activities under vendor scope of works; 
• Oversee and coordinate all landscaping maintenance activities; 
• Oversee building maintenance work; all installations and repairs; 
• Monitor and oversee plumbing, electrical systems and carpentry work;

protection or management of the environment.  
• Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all 
aspects of work, by applying them on self, others and Corporate assets.  
• Follow all relevant Business Continuity and Resilience requirements for compliance with, and adherence to, 
policies, procedures and instructions related to the effective planning for, and response to, incidents and/or 
business disruptions in order to continue critical business processes and activities with minimal adverse impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Maintenance Engineering - Electrical or Mechanical

Experience

3 years of experience in Maintenance Management sector on Site
