Job Purpose
Oversee and support the maintenance non-power block facilities to Facilities contractors by maintaining infrastructure and producing inspection results, performance updates, and by identifying improvement opportunities to the Infrastructure Maintenance Section. Operate as a Floor Warden to provide single point of contact for employees occupying in-scope buildings.

Activity:
Facility Oversight and Building Coordination
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Lead the general custodial duties of the assigned facilities to ensure physical facilities remain in a condition of operating excellence, cleanliness, and safety.
•Provide input to the facility punch list process to engage contractor representatives as needed during the maintenance process.
•Coordinate with occupants in non-power block facilities and perform surveillances to identify maintenance needs or gaps and maintain highly functional facilities for all staff.

Infrastructure Maintenance Support
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Manage vendor invoices and conduct data entry to ensure record-keeping protocol is maintained.
•Prepare analysis of budgets and expenditures to report the section's progress toward meeting business objectives.
•Provide vendor/ maintenance schedules, preventative maintenance schedules and corrective maintenance schedules.
Infrastructure Maintenance Program
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Provide input into Infrastructure Maintenance procedures to maintain their relevance given plant and equipment condition.
5S Implementation
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Establish a 5S Organization, Implementation Plan, and Campaign Material to ensure 5S Quality Environment develops at Nawah through in-house education; tools include:
- SORT:To sort and systematically discard items that are not needed in the workplace
- SET IN ORDER:To arrange/ organize the necessary item in a neat and systematic manner for easy retrieval when needed and to return after use.
- SHINE:To clean and inspect the workplace thoroughly.
- STANDARDIZE:To maintain a high standard of workplace organization by keeping everything clean and orderly at all times.
- SUSTAIN:To educate all BNPP staff/seconded staff to practice QE (5S) continuously so that it becomes habitual and ingrained in the culture of the Nawah.
Outage and Emergency Response Organization (ERO) Support
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Support outage and/or the ERO, as assigned, to ensure safe, reliable and continued operations; this may require shift work/off hours support.
The incumbent is expected to perform standard activities as per attachments 4 & 5 in the Job Description procedure (relating to Health, Safety and Environment, Security and Business Continuity, People Management, Excellence and Quality Management
