Job Purpose


Review System Turnover schedules in coordination with the Prime Contractor and support the implementation of the Area Turnover processes. Participate in and coordinate the system walk-downs with Korean Electric Power Company (KEPCO) and Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP) in order to support the meeting of the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) fuel on-site and fuel load milestones.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
•Implement and maintain system turnover processes and procedures to ensure the integrity of the Plant as per Appendix C, Article 1.1.14 of the Prime Contract.
•Assist in the development of system turnover implementation plan, status report and experience report to ensure the efficiency of system turnover processes.
•Perform system turnover coordination and participate in the pre and final walk-downs to ensure compliance with system turnover procedure.
•Prepare system turnover implementation plan, status report and experience report to ensure the efficient turnover processes.
•Support the tracking of pending items status such as punch, exception and Un-Resolved Issue items and assist Prime Contractor in their resolution.
•Verify system turnover data and documents in Nuclear Power Plant Construction Management System (NPCMS).
•Monitor area turnover schedules with Prime Contractor to ensure the fuel on-site and fuel load milestones of BNPP are met.
•Coordinate interfaces between impacted departments within Nawah, Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) and the Prime Contractor.

The incumbent is expected to perform standard activities as per attachments 4 & 5 in the Job Description procedure (relating to Health, Safety and Environment, Security and Business Continuity, People Management, Excellence and Quality Management
